Came back in to purchase a watch we had looked at an hour earlier. Older sales person was SO RUDE. No please or thank you first of all. Also was not very kind explaining the discounted prices. It is Black Friday, so I get it being crazy and chaotic but don’t go into customer service if you can’t deal with the customers. On the other hand, on our first trip in the cashier Briana was very kind and a huge help.
Went in to do a Christmas gift exchange, the cashier was so rude.
