I purchased 3 handbags for Mother’s Day on May 9th, 2026 from the Michael Kors store in Milpitas. Yesterday May 24th, when I went to exchange one of the bags, I noticed that the prices of the handbags had been reduced compared to when I originally purchased them. I asked if the price could be adjusted, but the cashier stated that it was “company policy” not to do price adjustments. Very poor customer service
Excellent place
Worst experience, store is empty but they are holding the people outside in the line.
I entered this store with my boyfriend to look around and shop. I picked up two bags and a wallet, and then we went to look at watches because my boyfriend found one he liked and I was actually planning to buy it for him. While we were walking toward the register, I noticed several employees suddenly communicating through their headsets and staring at us in a very uncomfortable way, as if they assumed we were going to steal something.
