Very disappointing experience. I selected several items and went to the register to pay. At that point, I was told there are no returns. I accepted that policy, but reasonably asked if I could quickly try the items on before paying to make sure they fit. I was then told the fitting rooms had been closed (15 minutes before the store closes). No alternative solution was offered, the only suggestion was that I should come back the next day. The worst store ever. Don't even bother asking for help because they'll give you the dirtiest look. I came to buy my Christmas presents and ended up leaving empty-handed because nobody asked if I needed help, and it wasn't even that busy. They seemed happier chatting amongst themselves. By the way I drove all the way from SF to shop at this store and ended driving to the one on Livermore with a totally different pleasant experience at that location. Very nice place for shopping. Staff is very cooperative, very soft spoken, friendly, helpful. Billing is done very fast. Rush is controlled in a very disciplned way. I recomend this place for shopping
