One of the worst outlet, staff was rude. Had to cancel my pickup order.
Staff is very rude. There is a girl who acts like she owns the store.
No one was willing to help, and the staff seemed rude and catty. Not a great shopping experience.
I purchased 3 handbags for Mother’s Day on May 9th, 2026 from the Michael Kors store in Milpitas. Yesterday May 24th, when I went to exchange one of the bags, I noticed that the prices of the handbags had been reduced compared to when I originally purchased them. I asked if the price could be adjusted, but the cashier stated that it was “company policy” not to do price adjustments.
