I’m honestly very disappointed with the experience at Michael Kors. I purchased six bags in one visit, yet they only gave me one shopping bag. I even offered to pay for additional paper bags, but they refused to sell me any. Instead, I was told that I had to come back the next day to get another bag. I’ve never experienced anything so unreasonable when spending this much money at a store. Very disappointed with the customer service at Michael Kors. I was purchasing three men’s wallets as separate gifts for my loved ones, so I politely asked for three separate bags and was even willing to pay extra for the additional bags. However, the staff told me they could only give me one bag, even though I was buying three wallets. I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience at the store today due to an employee named Emily. Before we could even step foot into the store, she made it remarkably difficult for us to enter, acting as an unwelcoming gatekeeper rather than a helpful sales associate.
