Great store
On my first visit to Michael Kors Kody greeted our group of 5. He was very friendly and thoroughly explained the sales that were happening. I bought a purse for myself and a birthday present for my niece. Another person in our group bought a purse that wasn't out on display. Kody made a point to show us purses in "our style". He also helped match the wallets to our purses and show the pros and cons of each. Needless to say we left with 3 purses that day. Kody is such a joy to work with he helped me with my purchase I was struggling between two bags. I bought a bag and a wallet . I was then having buyers remorse for not getting the other one and couldn’t find it on the website so he helped me get the bag sent to me. He went above and beyond and was so nice to work with made me feel like I was family.
Cody was such a sweetheart ! Helped my mom ( who can be a bit much lol ) & was very patient. Definitely had a great experience. Thank you !!
Associate Zac was very helpful throughout our shopping experience. He checked various sizes and inventory for us and we ended up purchasing several items. He was very patient, friendly and profession. I recommend this location and Zac’s assistance.
