Amazing
So I walked in and as usual the two women were super nice . I found an amazing bag that happened to be the associates favorite also . I just wanted to let you know that Gwen was super amazing ! She is funny , sweet , nice and handled me just the way any associate should . She asked for the sale in a non pressure way and makes great eye contact . I had a great time in there !
We bought a purse for Christmas and tried to exchange it today, but the manager refused because it was purchased 2 weeks outside their return policy. It was the day after Christmas, it had never been used, and tags still on it. We spend a ton of money for birthdays, special occasions, and holidays at MK.
