This past Thursday, we came in. The store had a decent selection and good prices, but we were not greeted at all, nor were we asked if we were just browsing or looking for anything in particular. Three of the associates were just chatting amongst themselves, completely ignoring anyone who walked in.

I bought a bag for $135 I wish they had more discount because it's an outlet. There was none. & The blonde short hair lady, ask the the other worker if we bought the bag. Just because we were not dressed nicely it doesn't mean we can't buy the bag, it was for a bday gift. That's been rude. & We come from far away.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors location due to the store manager’s behavior. The manager, a blonde-haired gentleman, was rude, dismissive, and confrontational. When we asked a simple question, he did not look at us, answered while walking past us, and then proceeded to raise his voice, practically yelling across the store.
