Really poor service. Called several times about my order and was always told I’d get a payment link within a few hours, or that someone would call me back. However, I never received the payment link and never received a call back.
The store is bright and laid out nicely. Customer service is good. This store has a pretty large and diverse selection of products. The quility of Michael Kors is ok, I just don't think it has the same quility it used to. In my opinion price point is a bit high in relation to quility of their products. But the store experience is great. If you like Michael Kors, that is all that matters, enjoy.
