I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this Michael Kors store. As someone who has shopped here regularly because it's only about 10 minutes from my home, I never expected to be treated with such disrespect. I visited the store with my family, who were visiting from overseas. We had an amazing experience at Michael Kors on Easter! Raul was absolutely incredible, assisted in getting us accurate prices, I literally felt like we had our own personal shopper. He was very attentive and just a doll!! Even the employee that rang us up was an absolute sweetheart! If you want amazing staff who care about your experience and treat you like a VIP and a store that has fantastic deals, Michael Kors outlet is the way to go!
