I opted for store pickup at the Michael Kors store in Grapevine Mills, Texas, and unfortunately, it turned into a very frustrating experience. When I arrived, I provided my order number and driver's license. The store representative went to retrieve my order but returned saying that the pickup name on the order did not match my ID. I explained that it should be the same, logged into my account, and showed him my order details. I bought a wallet, backpack and two pair of sandals. The backpack zippers are poor quality and I'm afraid they will break. I went back 4 days later exchange with my receipt not get a refund and was told since it was used so I couldn't return. It was 4 days. But they let me get a larger wallet and it was also used as they say. Racism is still alive and well at Michael Kors in Grapevine. I'm telling anyone who will listen. Terrible customer service.
I love this store. Very welcoming and always great deals going on. I got a nice simple wallet for less than what I expected.
