Very Disappointing Customer Service – Not What I’d Expect from Michael Kors I had a remarkably disappointing experience at the Michael Kors Outlet in Mebane, NC. After purchasing three items—I requested an additional small shopping bag because the items were intended as gifts to two different recipients. I’m only giving this two stars because of the cashier868944 she wasn’t so pleasant and she asked for my information she was speaking low. Now granted I will say that I had an earbud in one ear but even with pausing it she was still low but anywho. The sales representative Linzy was phenomenal. Back to the cashier…she took my tags off my item which I had no intention on bringing it back. Here’s the kicker she left the security device in the wallet.
