HORRIBLE customer service!!!! Was in a couple weeks ago with my friend. Since this location opened, I have spent THOUSANDS (watches, bags, clothes) of dollars to be met with dismissive, condescending attitudes. This is not the way the brand should be represented. So I took my business to Coach and guess what...they we're helpful and didn't mind taking my money. And talk about judgement!!! Very condescending staff. Would not go back. Coach treated me so much better and truly made me feel welcome. This place made me feel so unwanted and uncomfortable.
The prices are not really outlet prices. The staff were so nice!!
