My experience at the Michael Kors Palm Beach Outlet was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had. The level of customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. Management should seriously consider retraining the entire staff on professionalism, respect, and how to provide consistent customer service to every customer, regardless of their race or appearance.
