Let me just say I’ve worked in retail for years and I order things online and pick up in the store all the time. Ulta, Sephora, Old Navy, Bath and body Works, Victoria’s Secret, etc. You name it. I have never been treated as rudely as I was when I went to pick up an online order at Michael Kors. My husband‘s card has his name on it and I use that card to make purchases as many women do. I want to give a hugh shout out to Chloe at Ellenton outlet. She went above and beyond to help me find a purse I had previously seen, but somehow forgot to purchase while I was at the store. I live 1 1/2 hours away, so it was not an option to just go back to the store. I called to see if she could help me get the name of the purse as I could not find it online at all. Customer service is terrible. I purchased a purse in Jan 2026 and the purse is peeling. I looked up the exchange policy and online it states the store can exchange the purse for one of equal value since it was less than a year old, really only about 2 months old. Unfortunately the manager, Kenan, said they are unwilling to help and to contact corporate for a gift card because they will not do exchanges in store.
