I want to give a hugh shout out to Chloe at Ellenton outlet. She went above and beyond to help me find a purse I had previously seen, but somehow forgot to purchase while I was at the store. I live 1 1/2 hours away, so it was not an option to just go back to the store. I called to see if she could help me get the name of the purse as I could not find it online at all. Customer service is terrible. I purchased a purse in Jan 2026 and the purse is peeling. I looked up the exchange policy and online it states the store can exchange the purse for one of equal value since it was less than a year old, really only about 2 months old. Unfortunately the manager, Kenan, said they are unwilling to help and to contact corporate for a gift card because they will not do exchanges in store. literally the worst sales person ever i went in wanting to buy multiple pieces... and ur sales rep brought me to every piece i said my family would not like bland only because its "new" and said ooo u dont want that or that ... and i went from wanting to buy multiple items to wow this place is terrible and walked out
