Worst customer service ever I got a shoes less than a month ago and wear it twice . It got a tear and I contacted customer service they said that’s not a mnfacture defect and they can not do anything about it. So you got the shoes and wear it two times
You need to hire professional, mature and customer service oriented people, and that’s beginning with the store manager. Horrible place to shop in, never coming back. Thankfully I didn't purchase anything from that weird place. YOU SHOULD LEARN GROM COACH, great customer service there.
