Worst experience
I visited Michael Kors for assistance with clothing items I purchased. I was asking simple questions about the products, but the manager, Rita, was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, she spoke in a disrespectful manner and was not willing to properly assist me. I felt unwelcome as a customer. I do not think this kind of behavior is suitable for a store manager. I hope management reviews this experience and improves customer service.
Bad experience with customer service. I had a simple exchange request for unworn pants with tags, but the manager was rude and unhelpful. I will not shop here again
I had a very disappointing experience at Michael’s. I purchased a pair of black jeans and accidentally picked the regular fit instead of the slim fit. The jeans were never worn, and I returned with the original tags and receipt to exchange them for the correct size and style. Unfortunately, the manager, Ritua, was extremely unhelpful and disrespectful.
