Staff always make you feel welcomed. I bought a gorgeous red bag from here.
I wish I could give them zero star. I wasn’t happy and I am deeply disappointed that they didn’t allow to exchange the shoes I purchased, I just wish to exchange it not to refund as my niece wants the low heels. BTW, infact I just have checked the shoes I purchased is made in Vietnam, the more I am not happy.
Staff are never available to take a call. What's the point of having a phone number listed on your website if you never answer. Ended up just going to Myer to get the Michael kors item I wanted. Don't bother with this shop. Total waste of time and energy
I always loved this brand and the shop looks so aesthetic as always. Friendly staffs as well, special shoutout to Ms. Anabelle for always accommodating us all our needs. The best MK shop!
