Extremely disappointing experience at Michael Kors. The staff were misleading and completely unprofessional. Expensive clothing was stacked among lower-priced items, and while we were trying them on, a retail assistant specifically confirmed that the items were the same price as displayed. After spending nearly 1.5 hours selecting colours and sizes, we reached the billing counter only to be told the prices were completely different. I had such a great experience shopping at the Michael Kors store at Essendon DFO. From the moment I walked in, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and happy to help. They took the time to answer all my questions, gave me honest advice and helped me find exactly what I was looking for without making me feel pressured. I wish I could give 0 stars, we had a very disappointing experience. One of the female staff members was extremely rude to my 4-year-old son after he briefly touched a display bag. She immediately said, "It's worth $700," in a very disrespectful tone. We apologised even though no damage was done, but she continued to be rude. Her behaviour felt racist and discriminatory, and no customer should be treated that way. I would never recommend this store if this is how they treat families and their customers.

I recently visited a retail store and the experience was even worse than expected. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and it felt like customers were treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority.
