I wish I could give 0 stars, we had a very disappointing experience. One of the female staff members was extremely rude to my 4-year-old son after he briefly touched a display bag. She immediately said, "It's worth $700," in a very disrespectful tone. We apologised even though no damage was done, but she continued to be rude. Her behaviour felt racist and discriminatory, and no customer should be treated that way. I would never recommend this store if this is how they treat families and their customers.

I recently visited a retail store and the experience was even worse than expected. From the moment I walked in, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive, and it felt like customers were treated as an inconvenience rather than a priority. If I could give zero starts I would . I walked into Michael Kores DFO Essendon late afternoon on a Wednesday afternoon Casually dressed in sweatpants and a sweater . There were two Employees talking amongst themselves, not greeting customers as they come in. I needed to approach a staff member and the way I was greeted was extremely rude. . Bad customer service from DFO south ward l purchased shoes from Essendon and wanted my money back as shoe was faulty they had attitude the staff and manager and denied me my money especially when it was a manufacturing’s fault. I had receipt and took back within 6 days of purchase never worn. You need to employ persons that know what they’re doing and not with attitude l will never shop there again. What a joke.

Bad management la, do not give gift card if can't find item to exchange. Never come to shop again. No refunds and what to do if nothing nice to change for. No more la, will shop better other store
