My experience with this company has been a nightmare. On Wednesday, my Michael Kors package was delivered to the wrong address. I called within ten minutes, demanding an immediate fix, and I was promised 48 hours. Today, when I called again, Yomairi from customer service told me they “can’t do anything” and will “see what they can do.” This is unacceptable. I acted immediately, and Yomairi failed to help.
