I got a broken Michael bag and went to the store in Wrentham Outlets to exchange or fix the buckle on the bag that was broken. They said I had to go to Chestnut Hill location since it was a part of their luxury collection store. When I went in, one of the girls attended me and was super sweet and when I narrated the story about how the bag was a gift but the buckle was broken, she brought in the store supervisor.
