I was just in store yesterday, and I was looking for a new watch. Anchise was there, and her customer service was outstanding. She made me feel confortable and welcomed, she didnt rush me as I was browsing, and she was just so kind and fun. Thank you again so much for all of your help! I had the most wonderful experience at the Michael Kors store in the Gardens Mall thanks to Mason and Anchise. They truly went above and beyond for us. I brought in my son’s watch that I purchased almost three years ago, which he had never been able to wear because the band was too tight and needed to be adjusted. Even though this style is older and they no longer carry this type of band in store, Mason and Anchise made sure to find a way to get it adjusted for us.
