HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I had an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience at the Burlington Michael Kors location, specifically due to the actions of Supervisor Martha and Manager Nicole. I purchased a beautiful pair of leather boots for $295. When I tried them on in the store, they did not have my true size (6.5). Manager Nicole suggested I try a size 6, assuring me that leather stretches.
