Belkis did a great job. Not over bearing but attentive. Made sure items secured, small water, and topped it off with a spritz of cologne.
Leibis was absolutely amazing throughout the whole experience. She was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful in finding my wife’s dream dress. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of the Michael Kors leather sandals I purchased. I paid a premium price, but after wearing them only once, a part inside has already come apart. While I understand some items have warranty limits, these sandals should be of better craftsmanship to withstand even a single use. I expected far better quality given the price. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I would expect more from a brand of this caliber.
