Omggg!! My visit and experience in this MK location was so amazing. Store manager Rene came to my rescue. I had purchased a Billie Frost watch from another store a month ago but they were unable to size it due to the unique double screw links. I had already been to 2 stores with no luck but when I came in... Rene was happy to help me..with limited tools he took on the challenge to remove 4 links even though it took 30+ mins. Great quality to make any female happy on her birthday.
I walked into the Michael Kors store to return an item I had just received in the mail the day before. As soon as I mentioned it was a return, the associate immediately said, “This is going to mess up our numbers,” and questioned why I was returning the item since it "looked fine." She then opened the box and told me she couldn’t return it because it looked like it had been worn—despite the fact that it was spotless, had the original stickers intact, and I had all the receipts and proof of delivery from the day before.
