Customer Service was AMAZING!!!!!! Was able to get what I came in for and didn’t have to wait. They were also pretty polite to my kiddos and didn’t mind them playing in the store. (Toddlers)
1/5 was my birthday, on 1/6 my husband sent me shopping for a new bag. I went into the penn square location where 3 white associates 2 females and 1 male was working I was walking around and looking at bags fit 15-20 minutes before calling my husband to see if he liked the bags I picked out, he asked the prices and it dawned on me that NOT ONE of your associates acknowledged me or nothing so at that time I decided to walk out and go buy my bags online as a loyal customer which now thinking I shouldnt have brought nothing aft... read more
Do Not Purchase an item with them using Cash and then try returning it. They will make you wait a month just to get you're money back! Waste of time bad customer service. The man who helped me was so rude and unprofessional don't waste you're time.
The sales lady really was awesome. The other salespeople were also so spontaneous to chit-chat with us and friendly.
Came to the store yesterday to buy my mom a gift for her birthday and got the best service ever ! The girls even put cute bows on the box and did a little happy birthday card for her thank y’all again ! She was so happy with the outcome
