I bought a watch here, and after only three or four days of purchase and wearing it twice, several stones already fell out. Even though I brought it back with the receipt, the store refused to help and told me to call customer service. Customer service was also unhelpful, constantly redirecting me without any answers. Very disappointing experience. Poor product quality and terrible support. I do not recommend this store at all.

I didn't buy anything, but that didn't stop Toni from being the kindest soul. Every store needs one of her. I wish that one the dresses I was looking at would've worked so I could have purchased it from her. Such a gem and a customer service rarity these days.
