I had such a wonderful experience at Michael Kors thanks to Chantel. Every time I visit, she goes above and beyond to make the whole shopping experience genuinely enjoyable. The customer service I received was exceptional and the best I have experienced in quite some time. I visited on Sunday morning, and the staff member in the store was patient, helpful, and friendly. She even took the initiative to find me in another store to inform me about an ongoing voucher promotion
