It is shame that you just can't get good customer service at this location. My wife purchased a Michael Kors purse on Monday, last week from this location. It is a smaller purse, and she was concerned that it may be too small. She was told if it was too small, she could return it, and use the full purchase price towards the next size up. When she unpacked it and put her things in on Saturday she realized it was going to be too small. Pretty but you cant even wear them but a few times before they fall apart. Made cheap sold expensive. The cloths can't be washed but a few times as well.
