Unfortunately, as a MK VIP and Red Carpet Member, I have had nothing but bad experiences at this location. Everything went so smoothly. Very straightforward process.
I went in with the intention of buying a new purse and the associate approached me very hostile as if I don’t belong there. I told her I didn’t need her help and that I was just looking in hopes for another store associate to come and help me.
