They allowed a fraudulent purchase to ship even know that I informed them it was identity theft. Greed has blinded them to the fact that I can now sue them. Filing with the court on Monday
I paid $160 for sneaker that was damaged, that I had for 3 days then the buckle broke, so I sent them back 1 month ago, and they keep giving me the run around, saying it’s still processing. They are the worst and will never get another dime of my money or my friends & family money. Michael Kors is a rip off with bad product.
Worst experience ever!! I lost my money and my purchased items. My package was delivered to their main office in 1 meadowlands, metropolitan plaza in NJ. They don’t answer the phone, the customer service support via phone haven’t given me any advise as to how to resolve my issue and it’s been 6 month since I have heard from someone at Michael Kors. I am really disappointed as I spend thousands with them. Never, ever purchasing any thing from them again.
Michael Kors is the worst when it come to customer service PLEASE STOP buying Michael Kors until they train their employees.
