I had a very disappointing experience at this Michael Kors store. The customer service was rude and dismissive, especially from one female staff member who showed no interest in assisting me. The interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. This is not the level of service I expect from a luxury brand. Very unprofessional.

The employee initially told me she would process my return if I brought back the card it was purchased with. After doing exactly that, she refused to take the bag back and spoke to me in a condescending manner.
