I purchased a bag at the Michael Kors boutique yesterday, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The team is incredibly welcoming, professional, and has a great eye for fashion. A special shoutout to Alexander, who was fantastic! He was very knowledgeable and explained the current promotions and discounts so clearly. I truly enjoyed the entire shopping process and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Highly recommended!

The Michael Kors in the Galleria had the sweetest most helpful staff- Alexander was real and helped me and my boss pick gorgeous bags and accessories without being too pushy- he and Jasmine were extremely attentive without being over bearing and I loved spending my time and money there
I placed an order for a pair of boots and a pair of sunglasses. Will you place the order? There's an alert about how many points that you earn from that particular purchase. So I called into customer service for two reasons. The first reason is I did not see the boots on the order when I reviewed the order after I placed it, I only saw the sunglasses.
