If you pay with cash, they have a terrible return policy. Be warned. Management is zero help. Employees don’t care about anything. Terrible experience. Will not ever be back.
I walked into this store today 5/13/25. No one in the store but 3 sales people - huddled in the back of the store. Literally walked around for 5min picking up bags, looking, etc. NO ONE offered to assist me or even greet me. (Was shopping for a graduation gift). finally I turned to the ladies and thanked them for being so helpful and left. What an embarrassment for Michael Kors. Clearly the store must be over the top profitable in such that they don't want or need more business.
