The items here are nice but the customer service is terrible.
I bought some Ballet Flats the other day at this store. Samantha, the adorable sales woman, was SO patient with me and soooo kind! She made sure the shoes i had fit no matter how many different sizes i tried on, she got me the price for whatever i needed, didn't make me feel rushed, and she let me try on as many things as i wanted.
