We had a problem at another Michael Kors store, in the Jersey Gardens outlet. They didn't offer any solution there, and the service was terrible. We decided to come to this store, and a delightful guy, Marcus, helped us, and we were able to solve the problem. It’s worth mentioning that he advised us at all times, dedicated all the necessary time, and catered to our needs. He is a very polite and kind person, and we are enormously grateful to him.
