Really rude staff
Such a lovely experience! As soon as I walked into the store, I was warmly greeted and made to feel genuinely welcome. The staff were attentive, friendly, and happy to help without being pushy. It was clear they valued every customer equally, whether new or returning. The atmosphere was inviting, and the overall service left a great impression. I’ll definitely be coming back!
I absolutely love the new Chadstone store. Stunning, chic and stylish. I've always had wonderful experiences with the staff there over the years. So helpful and friendly. Always greeted by warm smiles and friendly faces. I come in once a month to see any new stock they have, and try to grab something new for my collection. Thank you to the team ❤️
I walked in there yesterday after 6pm very determined to buy a bag . Store was empty no other customers, bu full of staffs . They were all nearly dressed and just standing there . Absolutely no customer service at all . When i asked about this particular bag with thick belts she advised me to go DFO .Management should really train there staff to match the level of customer service they should give in Australias largest shopping center . Hopeless.
