Very disappointed is this store. Most of the employees come off rude and stuck up!! They screwed up 2 transactions now for me along with my bank card. I called and spoke to the manager at the store she was no help just like we'll I can return it!! Oh is that the answer. What does that do for me??? I had a disappointing experience with the KorsVIP program. Earned points expired within 15 days, contrary to the one-year expiration I was informed of at purchase. Customer service was unhelpful and rigid, showing no empathy or willingness to resolve the issue. The lack of clear communication and flexibility has sadly diminished my trust in the brand.
Nice stock in, sale items help extremely helpful!
