I walked in it was completely slow and no one greeted or offered me any assistance for 15+ minutes. The only other people the store were a asian couple who were just browsing. I'm in a marketing posistion my self and the number one rule is to never judge a prospect by there appearance. I make 75,000 plus a year and this isn't how you treat someone who clearly wants to make a purchase.

Great staff good selection love my purse will be back !
Very helpful staff needed to find a Christmas present for my mum and they found all the options including the perfect present.
