Unprofessional and incompetent. After using this guy for quite a few years, I had requested some help filing a tax return for a trust of which I am the trustee. Apparently Mr. Kimmey couldn't or wouldn't advise me on the correct procedure even though I submitted all the necessary paperwork to complete the form. I was totally willing to pay for the service. Tried for three days to speak with Michael. Prices are very expensive with no billing for business customers.
Michael is a gentleman to do business with and helped us get a nice return.
We had our personal and small business taxes prepared by Michael this year and couldn't be happier. He was very helpful reviewing everything I needed to prepare to startup my business this year, even providing an initial consultation for free. Highly recommend!
