Long story short, we experience a severe lack in communication and in the end, both of our S-Corp and Personal tax returns were not completed and instead, all of our financials were sent back to us after the deadline for tax filing with little reason provided. Unprofessional and incompetent. After using this guy for quite a few years, I had requested some help filing a tax return for a trust of which I am the trustee. Apparently Mr. Kimmey couldn't or wouldn't advise me on the correct procedure even though I submitted all the necessary paperwork to complete the form. I was totally willing to pay for the service.
