These people bully and threating like you don't know your rights. They talk to people like garbage and when you talk to them that way, they hang up on you. This is not worth the time or effort to entertain them.
I had a VERY good experience with Almog in handling this matter. I GAVE 4 stars due to the other people in this office who did not try to meet with me on this. I had one lady act VERY ugly! She don’t get even half star!! This was a matter with a horrible billing system through a local hospital that NEVER sent an itemized statement out even after me calling for 2 years! I'm not sure what was going on with Natalie today, but it was concerning to see someone in a role that involves helping others exhibit such a negative attitude while performing their duties. She came across as rude and uninformative, which made it difficult to get the assistance needed. It felt as though she may no longer want to be in that position, whether temporarily or long-term. I was garnished twice for the same debt. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Waste of my time and money! Shady people/business!!!
