I was garnished twice for the same debt. I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Waste of my time and money! Shady people/business!!!
If I could give 0 stars I would. It takes over 15 plus calls to ever get someone to answer any given day. Working with Victoria was a nightmare. Worst customer service and they truly don’t care about people. Felt extremely bullied through the entire process. Be very very cautious if this law firm buys your debt they will come after you and they don’t have human beings who work for them!
They were very understanding about my debt. I had trouble with the bank app and Max walked me through it. I appreciate the patience.
Terrible!!! How is this legal to take every penny from people's personal account!!!
