Really upset with your service, you took my money and after I did everything you asked me to do to get it back still not back, I been waiting for more than one month after you released it and nothing yet plus you never pick up the phone or call back, what kind of service do you provide to your customers
I am deeply upset about the lack of respect shown by these individuals. How could they access my account and withdraw funds without any prior notice? I have been trying to reach out to them since I spoke with my bank, but they do not answer the phone or emails. I wouldn't be so distressed if they had only taken money from my account, but they withdrew funds from joint accounts that I was a part of. That money was not theirs to take, and I am unable to contact them to obtain any further information.
