Dear Michael Hill, As expressed in several chats and emails I wish for a full refund of my purchase as I have been let down due to the miscommunication between Michael stores. I places faith in my purchase for my wedding in Vietnam, and was ensured that the items would arrive within my time constraint of leaving for Vietnam. A massive thank you to Maya from @Michael Hill Jewellers Port Macquarie. She went above to help me add a non Pandora charm to a Pandora braclet. The charm was given to me by a very close friend and has a picture of my late father and myself in it. As I don't wear much jewellery I wanted to see if it could be added. She took time out of her day to make my day. Maya thank you so much for helping come up with a solution. ❤️❤️

Michael Hill definitely sells the most unique jewellery of all the jewellery shops - I found a beautiful gold bead necklace that looks sensational. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being pushy. Very happy with my purchase and with my shopping experience at the Port Macquarie store.
I took my friends 3 boys to Michael Hill to buy something for their Mum for Christmas. Rhonda was amazing. She new it was a small sale but was lovely with the kids. A busy time of the year and she never made us feel rush. Thanks Rhonda you made a busy time relaxed and the kids felt listened too.
