Michael is extremely unprofessional and a classic salesman looking for only personal gains. I gave him my goal of lower monthly payments and to do so by eliminating my PMI. He led me astray and took no accountability when it is in the email on what my goal was. This is common with Michael as others have been affected by his poor professionalism.
