I booked my son's HS graduation photos, and we had 1 really good photo shoot. We were supposed to do sports photos, and then cap and gown photos. I sent multiple messages, which were ignored for quite some time, and when I did get a response there were just excuses and empty apologies, but we never did get to take the other photos. Unfortunately, I'll never get the opportunity to have these taken again, as its time I won't get back. It's a shame too, because I really liked his work.
