I had a very disappointing experience with Michael as a representative of this company. He was unresponsive, vague, and showed zero follow-through after initial communication. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of professionalism — a reply, a timeline, or even clarity. Instead, I was left in the dark, ignored, and ultimately dismissed with no explanation. Mike helped us close on our house in record time! He kept things moving quickly and efficiently to help us close over 10 days than we originally thought we would. He explained everything throughout the whole process and ensured we felt comfortable with what we were getting into. He was consistently keeping us updated so we never felt in the dark about anything. Could not have done it without him!!
Michael was amazing through this entire process and he made sure to take care of us so that we could focus on the excitement of owning our first house!
