It is my opinion this is not your guy. Interviewed him for a case and was more interested in telling me how good he was and why he should be charging more than he was. His attitude was such that I knew he would be very difficult to work with...He was slow to return phone calls on several occasions, sometimes it was 2 to 3 days before I would get a call back. I needed a quicker response than that. After I would not quickly sign his contract, he said he was not interested in representing me.
Having to sue a well known person in Rabun for commercial use of your private property isn't easy. The one peace I had was knowing that I had an excellent attorney. He clearly showed how much better he was than the defense attorney in court.. The judgement stood even upon appeal.
I've known Mr Michael Cummings for many years. Simply put he's incredible. I can't easily say how incredibly good he is blessed. A book will be written in the future for him and I'm no writer. Thank you for your professional activity Mr. Cummins!!!
