We went to him because previous negligent accountants filed extensions for us. I did not complete the taxes after much ado release 10 months, leaving us with very high fees and penalties. Michael add our initial consultation said he would not do the same thing. After giving him our tax papers well, before the deadline. Of course, he did the same thing and filed an extension.
