The ladies in the office are as pleasant on the phone as they are in person. Mr. Rappaport was caring and considerate. He really listened to what I was saying. He also didn't ask me to get my medical records like some attorney offices had. Though I did have them because of another office asked me to get them and I was not happy with that.
