Don't waste your time dialing this number. Mike Fleming was very rude, inconsiderate, interruptive, and explosive during a 5 minute phone call.
Michael prepared my elderly relative's Trust and Will. Both were poorly written to the point that another attorney said it was the worst legal document (Trust) he had ever seen. Furthermore, Michael acted like a child when I told him I was not going to use him after my relative passed away. I requested he mail me the original signed documents three times, but he waited 10 days before he even put them in the mail. He is rude and childish. Find another attorney!
I have had Mr. Fleming work on several different trusts and wills for myself and other family members and have recommended him to friends. I have found him to be professional, informative, timely in getting documents ready, and available when needed. I highly recommend Mike Fleming!
