Quick turnaround, and managed to time it right to capture a lower rate before they bounced back up. Easy peasy with the VA IRRL (they know the ins and outs), like it should be.
Mike and his team were very thorough. He gave us several options to choose from, talked through different scnarios and answered all of our questions. Everything was done in a timely fashion and around our schedules. This was the second time we used Mike and highly recommend him.

Fish has an understanding of how to help get a VA loan closed like NOBODY else in the country. If you are looking to work with a lender and get a VA loan in Michigan (as his home state)... look no further. He is a giant among ants in this space.
