Pretty disappointed is an understatement. Infuriated is close.By following his advice, we ended up in a worse situation than if I followed my gut. Paid him a retainer in June 23, submitted all of my evidence and then heard nothing from him for months and only after sending a follow up emails, did he reply telling me that he 'couldn't take my case' after submitting everything to him, waiting and was under the impression that he was actually working on my case. Would never ever use this company again. Poor attention to detail, liars, do not act in the client's best interest, only looking to obtain more fees. Refuse contact constantly. Held funds from financial settlement for 8 months without justification. Have had to go to the Victorian Legal services board on a number of occasions to obtain my settlement funds and for a review of over charging.
After being confronted with the court process Bianca was very thorough and efficient. I always felt confident and at ease knowing I was in her experienced and capable hands. I cannot thank you enough Bianca for supporting me through such an incredibly stressful and emotive time.
