Michael agreed to do our taxes via email on Feb 9. We have 1099, investments, LLCs, etc. Long story short the lack of communication costs us thousands. We uploaded all our personal and business information into his portal app on Feb 9. He never acknowledged receipt to those being uploaded, asked questions, had a meeting...we followed up several times (2/13, 2/22,2/23) to confirm he was all set and got our documents...radio silence...
